Long, Last, Happy: New and Selected Stories by Barry Hannah is just out and available at Square Books in Oxford. It has nine of the eleven stories in Airships, an early story, “Trek,” from 1964, and not been previously collected, four new stories from the last ten years, and seventeen more stories selected from Barry’s various collections of the 80s and 90s. It includes with a couple of Barry’s drawings.
Square Books also has signed copies of the new Grisham, and, up on their blog, video from the reading for Curtis Wilkie’s book.

They also have the new edition of The Believer, which has Barry on a corner of the cover and a interview within.
Additionally, they have the just-released Keith Richards autobiography within which he poses with a Rebel flag and name-drops Jim Dickinson on page two.

Next Wednesday, the literary types up around Boston are having a memorial gathering for Barry.
