As I suggested leaving little tales from the crypt ie. of some unfortunate experience regarding a class action rave from a story not named. Some times it’s hard to speak directly of any certain person or event.I often risk eviction due the F&F network. I call this one the 13th Factor.
Here’s the scoop. In 1997 after over 2 years of arguing with class attorneys over toxic loss ie. our home. We had fired our attorneys who soon offered to pay rent till our claims were settled as well issued a $700.00 check to find a rental home.
During the next month all discovery was complete re: claims and bam. I mean BAM! off to jail we go.
At this point we gave all needed to settle our claims, yet it appears they would be held from the court pending all other class claims sought for by those dastardly deed class attorneys from Texas no less. Everyone at that point pretty much felt as we did. At least Jane and I thought we were already dead. Those times were really bad waking up in the morning to throwing up for over a year, Hard to remember things back then. Any way You know I’m going to fire these guys right.
We were way past the point of understanding that these folks intended to harm us over something called a class action. They later admitted as much.It was through another couple that contact with the firm occurred. It was relayed If these attorneyS could not handle our claims no one would.
Question they intended to harm us how could I prove a pattern of intent? I thought my best bet was to use the fact attorneys refused to return my call till Thursday March 14th, 1997 nothing new refusal to act on home issue threatening us to be silent, etc. So I fired the firm on Friday the 13th, and again on the 17 th,. Did it work?
For about 2 years everything which sought to divide my family and prevent actions in the court were dated the 13th, of the month even involving doctors and law enforcement. Getting just tired of it I stated to attorneys the obvious pattern which stopped, briefly then began in a different or coded manner. This too became as boring as it was easy to detect. Lasting for about another 2 years my wife suggested I say something. But I figured they would use some other form to direct actions which were masked. May be even worse.
I kept quite about all that till the day after my cousin was brought home by this certain someone wanted by law enforcement but still eluded that and the fact my cousin had been dead for 4 hours before being brought home. He was taken from the state of Louisiana and brought to Marion County. My cousin died on 2-9-02 after being asked twice to lie about where he received his injuries two weeks earlier and which he had refused to lie about.
The things said about that trailer and the way we were treated. As strange as anything I guess huh.
Robert, these comments about your case are an unfortunate combination of not making sense with repeating things you’ve said before, with the additional demerit of being not remotely of any general interest.
Repetition is a violation of the commenting guidelines.
NMC, You know you’re right it’s boring. I think that was the point in doing it rather than apologizing I want do it again.
