The first one of those I saw was on JD Salinger’s front porch.
The Motorhomediaries guys arrested last May in Jones County had one of these at the entrance to their vehicle. Didn’t do them much good except to emphasize the absence of consent. No rulings as yet (not even a response from the state) on the motions to dismiss that were filed in November. Motions to suppress evidence should be filed in Jones County Court next week to be followed by notice of claim under Miss. Tort claims statute — which, in turn, will be a pendent claim when the Sec. 1983 action is filed in federal court later this year.
