The team performed flawlessly, exhibiting extraordinary performance under pressure while executing tactical and strategic decisions in the successful prosecution that exposed a pattern of attempts to influence the judiciary. Their work has made a lasting positive impact on the Mississippi courts, attorneys, and our system of justice.

Flawlessly? Tom Dawson knows damn well that he engaged in prosecutorial misconduct by planning, thinking about, and outlining his allegedly “sloppily written” book WHILE STILL SERVING as an Assitant U.S. Attorney and as a “consultant” to the U.S. Attorneys Office after signing a SECRET contract days after “retiring.”

That’s the first, and likely the only, time the words “Tom Dawson” and “conscience” will appear in the same sentence … not counting this one, of course.

Will they also recieve the Kangaroo justice award. And what about the family of friends award? Then there’s the Turn your back on justice award and the B.S. award. As well the political prosecution award. And don’t forget the family and friends awards which go along with these types of court actions also use the officials job to advance personal gain. Then theres the blind-$$$$$$$$$-justice award but I wouldn’t think there’s a problem with any coscience issue. At least no more than actual legal issues. Being a sloppy writter myself. Dawson you and Norman should know Scruggs is no more guilty of actions than those going on right now by others. The stink of GRAVE injustice in this state goes all the way up to the states surpreme court to presently form a Baria to include senetators. Doesn’t it. This has all the makings of SOS.. Let’s see. A political action in secret,in the state of MS. handled unlawfully TO PROMOTE PERSONAL GAINS. YEAP, SAME O SAME O. But by what means are one group prosecuted and not another $$$$$$$$$$$$$ when clear evidence is presented AGAINST ANY?
The investigations are on going YA! RIGHT. But it must be hard to get things done with all those puppet master wires driving those monetary, political AND personal goals your foot solidering does and the fact some folks are known to be engaged in crime and others like myself are always posting something about it HUH! To have documents of criminal acts is a little more than mouth running. Even placing those corrupt actions before the public and still nothing. What kind of award should be given to such? Let’s try the More personal gain by crimes against non attorney type awards. Or lastly, thank GOD. The we own the state and do as we please award which rolls our forefathers in their Grave.
