So there’s still a faint chance of Peters behind bars? Charming.

I wonder how many more years it will take the Mississippi Bar to work out in its pretty head whether it’s unethical to pay a fact witness to testify to the facts you’ve written out? Or are they just counting on a just reward in the afterlife?

Hambone: Mike Allred made the agreement with Georgeff according to documents in the case.

Peters does not have immunity relating to Eaton, as I understand it, Tim.

Disgusted: Immunity applies to all Federal Prosecutions regardless if in Northern or Southern District. Does not prevent prosecution for State Law crimes unless a separate immunity was agreed to there also.

When is sthe Southern District going to indict Peters and DeLaughter. Peters has no immunity in the Southern District.
