<p>I know there&#8217;s a <a href="http://www.folo.us/2008/06/20/another-bushel-of-sweet-potatoes-comes-in-via-email/">relevant sweet potato joke</a> lurking in there somewhere but I&#8217;m just not seeing it right now.</p>
<p><strong>Update: </strong>The series of bullets in the Clarion Ledger piece threw me; as Researcher pointed out in comments, I just misread the article. It&#8217;s a request from Congressman Childers, and is very much connected to the interests of his district, which contains the sweet potato capital of the world.</p>
