Theories:
1) This is someone’s idea of a joke.
2) There’s this thing of doing balanced choices, one nominee from the plaintiff’s bar, one from the defense bar. What sort of balance might this represent?

I think it’s Kent Smith not Ken Smith.
I agree that it is Kent Smith – he’s with Smith-Whaley in Holly Springs.
